  • Information about the monument: The madrasa rooms, which are at the same level as the mosque, are now used as storage spaces. The Janissary Band of the Eyüp Municipality currently occupies the lower storey of the madrasa. Two madrasas, together with a mosque and a tomb, make up the Complex, which is built at two different levels, showing Sinan's skill in handling sloping sites in his designs. The lower level is accessible by the stairs in the courtyard. One madrasa room, which was later converted into a masjid, and the mosque are open to public.
