Information about the monument: Even though the exact date of the construction of this bridge is not definitely known, it is assumed that it was built during the same time as the Sokullu Mehmet Pasha Complex nearby. Built on the Lüleburgaz Creek, it is about 90 m long. With an overflow discharge basin by the central footing in the creek bed, it is somewhat different from other Sinan bridges. With its asphalt-covered surface, the bridge is still open to traffic.
