Information about the monument: The madrasa is part of the Şemsi Ahmet Pasha Complex, built by the seaside. It is currently in use as the “Üsküdar Şemsi Pasha County Public Library”, in affiliation with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The portico section was enclosed with glass to be used as the reading room for the library. It is open to visitors every day except Sunday, between 08:30 and 17:00 hours.
